The Cradles n Crayons Advantage

Cradles n’ Crayons (CNC) is a pediatric home care agency focusing its nursing services to the pediatric population of medically fragile children on Oahu. We also offer private duty nursing for families with medically fragile children to include respite as well as skilled nursing.

CNC collaborates with Oahu medical facilities such as Kapiolani Medical Center for Women and Children, Kaiser Medical Center, Tripler Medical Center, Kulana Malama, and Queen’s Medical Center’s interdisciplinary team to facilitate transition from the medical institution into the community and home setting. CNC’s clientele are referred by the preceding facilities and state case managers when Medicaid eligibility is met.
