Rodney Hounshell- Staffing Recruiter

Rodney’s primary objective as Healthcare Staffing Recruiter is to source and reach out to potential talent and ensure they are a good fit for the company. 

Prior to joining HiHealthCare Rodney worked for Malama Maikai Caregiving assisting with Human Resource needs, onboarding and recruiting.  Rodney also worked for Rever Grand where he assisted children with developmental disabilities and provided them with the means to thrive at home or in the community.

 Rodney is originally from Richmond VA, he later went on to attend Hawaii Pacific University where he majored in Communications.  While attending Hawaii Pacific University he played basketball.
