Mark Alexander- Healthcare Recruitment Manager

Mark was born and raised in Honolulu. He brings over 20 years of facility and homecare staffing and recruiting experience to the HiHealthCare team, with a primary focus in facility staffing.

Mark started in the staffing arena as a Staffing Coordinator Assistant and quickly moved up to a Staffing Coordinator position at the Boca Raton Community Hospital Home Care division which he held for 10 years in Florida.  He since moved back to Hawaii and accepted a Staffing manager position with Nursefinders Staffing to where he was promoted to a Sr. Staffing Manager for 9 years. 

Mark now applies his talents as a Recruitment Manager at HiHealthCare where he successfully recruits all nursing staff and manages ALL of the Acute Care, Long Term Care, Corrections and Clinic staffing.  Mark demonstrates strength in communication and attention to detail.
